Winter holiday in the Ötztal

Längenfeld is centrally located in the Ötztal valley at an altitude of 1,200m. surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, it stretches over a 20km-long valley plain. Thanks to its ideal location, three different ski areas can be easily reached from there.

GLACIER TEST CENTER SÖLDEN

Since autumn 2021 Sölden offers the unique opportunity of a permanent ski test for end customers.
The GLACIER TEST CENTER SÖLDEN is operated by local sports retailers and open daily from mid of October 2022 until beginning of December 2022 (depending on the opening of the glacier road).

More than 600 pairs of skis from all leading brands such as Atomic | Fischer | Head | Völkl | K2 | Kästle | Rossignol | Stöckli – exclusively the latest models from the top segment – are available for rental at the test center on the Rettenbach glacier.
The daily rental price is € 40,- and entitles you to test as many models as you like. In addition to the skis, ski poles, helmets and boots can also be rented at the test center.

SKIING

With the two glacier ski areas Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, the family ski area Hochoetz and several smaller ski resorts, the most famous winter destinations in the Alps are in close proximity to the Apart Peppone. 350 km of slopes and the best infrastructure make skiing an enjoyable experience for all winter sports fans.
