Längenfeld is centrally located at 1,200m and is the center of the Ötztal. Surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, a picturesque valley plain stretches over 20km. Thanks to its ideal location, Längenfeld is within easy reach of three different ski areas, the Sölden ski area, the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski area and the Hochötz ski area.

Mehr als 600 paar Skier der neusten Modelle von namhaften Hersteller wie Atomic | Fischer | Head | Völkl | K2 | Kästle | Rossignol | Stöckli – ausschließlich die neuesten Modelle aus dem Topsegment – stehen im Testcenter am Rettenbachgletscher zum Ausleihen bereit.
Der Tagesmietpreis beträgt € 40,- und berechtigt zum Test beliebig vieler Modelle. Neben den Skiern können auch Skistöcke, Helme und Schuhe im Testcenter ausgeliehen werden.

Fans of Nordic endurance sports will find a true paradise in Längenfeld: Over 60 km of cross-country ski trails – in all levels of difficulty – lead across the valley floor past numerous hamlets and small villages. Under the motto: “Trails without boredom – no trace of boredom”, 20 km of skating trails have been created, which are perfectly groomed every winter.

Do you want to experience the winter landscape of the Ötztal Alps up close? Then we recommend a winter hike. There are always wonderful vantage points on the paved or cleared hiking trails. Wonderful ice formations, frozen waterfalls or snow-covered mountain slopes. All this accompanies you on your winter tour.

Tobogganing offers a special kind of speedy downhill run. Around Längenfeld there are ffive toboggan runs and thus 18km of track. Plunge down the toboggan run and enjoy the thrilling ride and the dazzling panorama! Even those who don’t like it so wild will find toboggan runs that can also be used with small children.

Heated ski room

There is a heated ski room in our house, which you can use free of charge. This allows you to store your equipment safely and comfortably without having to worry about drying or storing it. There is also a ski boot dryer in the ski room, which warms and dries your ski boots and helmets quickly and reliably. So everything is perfectly prepared for the next day on the slopes. Take advantage of this service and start your next day of skiing relaxed!
