Booking conditions
Prices
The prices are quoted in Euros per person and day excluding local tax. The local tax has to be paid at check-out and is € 4.00 per person per day. This tax has to be paid for persons of 15+ years.
In addition, the listed prices are valid for a minimum stay of 5 nights. For short stays we charge a surcharge.
At the end of your stay we charge a service fee of € 50.00 for TYPE-1 and TYPE-2 and € 60.00 for TYPE 3 and TYPE-4. At the check-in we take a deposit of EUR 100, which of course you will get back, when you leave the apartment in clean condition.
Subject to price changes, printing mistakes and errors as well as changed offers.
Offers
Non-refundable offers are specially discounted room rates. No refund of the amount paid will be made in the event of cancellation of this offer, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Please note that payment of 100% is due immediately upon booking.
Payment
With each booking we charge a down payment which is due two weeks after booking, payable by credit card or transfer to our account. Your reservation becomes effective when you receive your booking confirmation.
Credit card payments require the 4-digit PIN code (personal identification number) of your credit card.
Check in and check out
The apartments are available on the day of arrival as of 03:00 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 06:00 p.m., we ask you to inform us briefly by phone or e-mail of your expected arrival time: +43 5253-5274. Thank you.
Should you arrive later or leave earlier, the full amount of the reservation will be charged without deduction.
Should you arrive later or have to leave earlier, we still will charge the full booking amount without any deductions.
We kindly ask for your understanding that changes of person and / or subletting within the booking period are not allowed.
Cancellation

Uncertain times call for flexible solutions – this applies all the more for this year’s holiday planning. We want to give you exactly this flexibility and to guarantee a safe and carefree planning of your holiday.
That is why we offer the unique opportunity to cancel or rebook your stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. By the way, you don’t have to give us a reason for your cancellation. It is also not necessary to make a down payment by this time. Here you can find all important information details & exceptions to this terms:
- At all bookings which are completed via our website can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
(Change of bookings are subject to availability; Changed bookings and rebookings represent a withdrawal from the original accommodation contract and subsequently comprise the conclusion of a new contract according to the associated conditions.) - No reasons need to be given for any cancellation

In our house there are enough heated ski depots available for free.
