The following local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly: \u20ac4.00 per person and night. Children and young people up to the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.  <\/p><p>In addition, the prices quoted apply from a minimum stay of 5 nights. We charge a surcharge for short stays. <\/p><p>At the end of your stay, we charge a one-off service fee of \u20ac 50.00 for TYPE 1, TYPE 2 and TYPE 5 and \u20ac 60.00 for TYPE 3 and TYPE 4 for the service costs of the apartment. A deposit of \u20ac 100.00 is also payable in cash at check-in, which will of course be returned to you when you leave the apartment clean.<\/p><p><strong>Subject to price changes, printing errors and mistakes as well as changes to the offer.<\/strong><\/p><h2>Offers<\/h2><p><strong>Non-refundable offers<\/strong> are specially discounted room rates. If this offer is canceled, there will be no refund of the amount paid, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Please note that 100% payment is due immediately upon booking.  <\/p><h2>Payment<\/h2><p>A deposit, payable by credit card or bank transfer to our account, is due with every booking. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation. <\/p><p>The four-digit PIN code (personal identification number) of your credit card is required for credit card payments on site.<\/p><h2>Check-In and Check-Out<\/h2><p>On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 15:00 and on the day of departure the apartments and parking spaces must be vacated by 10:00. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 18:00, please inform us briefly by telephone or in writing by when we can expect your arrival +43 5253-5274. Thank you.  <\/p><p>If you arrive late or depart early, you will still be charged the full amount of the booking without any deductions.<\/p><p>We ask for your understanding that changes of persons or subletting within the booking period are not permitted.<\/p><h2>Cancellation<\/h2><p>Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. Cancellations are only valid in writing. <\/p><h2>Cancellation conditions<\/h2><ul><li>Cancellation <strong>free of charge<\/strong> up to <strong>14 days<\/strong> before arrival<\/li><li>From 13 days before arrival 90% of the total price<\/li><\/ul><p>Uncertain times call for flexible solutions &#8211; this applies all the more to this year&#8217;s vacation planning.<br>We want to give you exactly this flexibility and guarantee safe &amp; carefree vacation planning.<\/p><p>We therefore offer you the opportunity to cancel or rebook your stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.<br>You do not have to give us a reason for your cancellation. You can find all the important information, details and exceptions to the promotion here: <\/p><ul><li>Bookings made via our website can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival<br>(rebookings are subject to availability; rebookings constitute a withdrawal from the original accommodation contract<br>and subsequently the conclusion of a new contract with the associated conditions).<\/li><li><strong>No reasons<\/strong> need to <strong>be given<\/strong> for a <strong>cancellation <\/strong><\/li><li>The deposit will be refunded within 14 days.<\/li><\/ul><p>If fewer than the booked number of people arrive, the full apartment price will be charged.
