The prices are quoted in euros per apartment and day excluding local tax.
The local tax has to be paid at check-out and is from 01.05.2020 until 31.10.2020 € 2.50 and from 01.11.2020 € 3.50 per person per day. This tax has to be paid beginning at the age of 15.
In addition, the listed prices are valid for a minimum stay of 5 nights. For short stays we charge a surcharge.
At the end of your stay we charge a final cleaning of € 50.00 for TYPE-1 and TYPE-2 and € 60.00 for TYPE 3 and TYPE-4. At the check-in we demand a deposit of € 100 – of course you get these €100 back, when you leave the apartment in clean condition.

Price changes, misprints, errors and changes to the offer reserved.

With each booking we charge a down payment, payable by credit card or transfer to our account. Your reservation only becomes effective when we receive your down payment.

Credit card payments require the 4-digit PIN code (personal identification number) of your credit card.

The apartments are available on the day of arrival as of 03:00 p.m. and must be empty on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 07:00 p.m., we ask you to inform us shortly by phone or write us, when we can count on your arrival +43 5253-5274. Thank you.
Should you arrive later or leave earlier, the full amount of the reservation will be charged without deduction.

We kindly ask for your understanding that changes of person and / or subletting within the booking period are not allowed. 

Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit agreed in the reservation confirmation.

Cancellations are only valid in writing and we reserve the deposit, regardless of the cancellation date, as a processing fee. If less than the booked number of people arrives, the full apartment price will be charged.

Cancellation Conditions

• Until 90 days prior arrival no cancellation fee
• Until 30 days prior arrival 40% of total booking
• Until 7 days prior arrival 70% of total booking
• From 6 days prior arrival 90% of total booking

The general Austrian terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply (AGBH 2006). The place of jurisdiction is Imst in Tyrol.
